About us

Redflag Wellbeing Ltd was created in 2019

by 2 ladies who understand personal and business leadership with a genuine commitment, interest, and concern for vulnerable adults who have a formal diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) which can also be called emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD).

Redflag Wellbeing has grown to support people with the following complex housing and support needs with this specific mental health condition.

Complex Housing

  • Problems maintaining a tenancy
  • Neighbourhood issues
  • Institutionalised
  • Avoiding housing responsibilities

Support Needs

  • Keeping a service user free from neglect and abuse
  • Encouraging or helping them make decisions about their own lives
  • Creating a risk free environment
  • Safety and wellbeing of all service users
  • Manage risks
  • Prevent risky mixing

Over the years, Redflag Wellbeing has been implementing the Aftercare Services of Section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983:

“Section 117 of the Mental Health Act says that aftercare services are services which are intended to: meet a need that arises from or relates to your mental health problem, and, or reduce the risk of your mental condition getting worse, and you having to go back to hospital”

From 2019 to 2022, Redflag Wellbeing saved the government over £4 million by housing and supporting service users with extreme complex support needs.

We demonstrated that we effectively saved the government time and money with our cost-effective housing model. We understand and have a clear picture of what excellent effective care and support looks like and we targeted our leadership skills and qualities by providing a high benchmark supported housing package to meet the needs of everyone involved.
