Our support

Redflag Wellbeing specialises in the following areas:

Emotional instability

Our tailored workshops are aimed to improve our service users’ quality of life by giving them a sense of purpose and the ability for them to contribute to society. Our workshops are evidence based and highly effective in working with this specific client group in this area.

Impulsive behaviour

We understand the tendency to act on impulse. Our evidence-based workshops are tailored to meet our service users’ needs to eradicate impulsive behaviour that puts the service user and others at risk of harm.

Disturbed patterns of thinking or perception

Our staff are highly skilled professionals with extensive scientific knowledge on emotional intelligence and understanding on how the mind works. We offer our service users with evidenced based workshops on how to effectively understand the mind when it comes to making decisions, beliefs and habitual behaviour.

Intense but unstable relationships

We offer workshops on how to build healthy relationships for service users who have BPD/EUPD. The evidence-based workshop practical tools and the methods we use are extremely effective with our target client groups.

Our Process

How It Works

Living with BPD/EUPD is very complex and brings many complicated events to an individual's life. Without the correct support and understanding, the reality presents as though you’ve lost all control of your thoughts, feelings and ability to effectively manage your responsibilities. BPD/EUPD frequently coexists with ADHD, Autism or Schizophrenia, which can result in a more complex support programme. We also take into consideration any childhood trauma that may have contributed to BPD/EUPD.
