At RedFlag Wellbeing we believe in quality service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To ensure this standard is kept, we adhere to and practice staff training sessions. Our aim is that all of our staff know and understand our policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, accountability and consistency across the board.

Staff appraisals are done twice-yearly to effectively review targets and to evaluate staff performance. We take this responsibility seriously as we strive to perform at a high level of care & support to our service users.
